Rice pudding #2

Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serves 4-6




1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked white rice
1-2 cups rice milk
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup golden raisins
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup cashew or almond powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup


Cooking Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil on medium to slow heat till it reaches a consistency you like. Serve warm or cold.

Optional- throw in a few sprigs of saffron as it begins to boil.
